Market Update Report Dec 21st

I’ve moved the Daily Cycle count into neutral outlook, and by late next week it will be sitting on a bearish outlook. Next week, the Investor Cycle will be on week 12, and it too will move into the Bearish column, giving us a “Connect Four winner” of bearish outlooks. The four bearish outlooks represent all four cycles I track,
