This “seemingly” bullish news sent the Euro soaring by more than two full points. Equities are also showing great strength out of the recent ICL, not surprising when you consider the depth of the sell-off and the extreme technical and sentiment levels achieved during the ICL. I believe this strength (85 points in 15 days) is symptomatic of a counter trend rally.
